How much is that dollar worth in death?

   Materialistic love is becoming a growing epidemic

Was it worth the promises you never kept?

Boasting at the popular tables in life

   To insufficient ears as to ease your insecurities

But they are not impressed by all your dollar signs

You surround your world with objects instead of love

   A pompous heart resembles your addictive need

That enough, will never be enough

In a golden casket your soul waves good-bye

   Stands but only a few friends at your grave

Because you allowed money to ruin your life.
